Carmelo Sanjuan – Producer
Carmelo is the founder of Life, Hope & Sound. During his 25 years serving the Lord in various capacities and ministries, he has taught young children bible teaching, singing in church choirs and organizing music programs, to just simply encouraging fellow Christian to seek guidance from God’s Word. Carmelo came to know the Lord in a Christian music concert. Always connected to music, he learned from his early days of his walk with Jesus that God had a special work for Him to do, somehow related to music and media.
- He was educated at College in Business Administration, he has 23 years experience in legal compliance, risk, and matter management systems, governance compliance and technology applications implementation. He believes that his past and current business experience has prepared him for the work the Lord has called him to do for Life Hope & Sound. As producer-director of LHS, he conducts the business affairs and development of the organization and leads an extraordinary group of gifted professionals in the arts of sound, radio and internet media and graphics design. Carmelo lives with his wife of 20 years in Florida, USA.
Marie Sanjuan – Program Coordinator
Marie’s upbringing as the middle child in a family of thirteen raised in Ireland, along with her twenty years experience in early childhood education and development laid the foundation for her role as Coordinator of the Real Life Stories for Life, Hope & Sound. Storytelling was part of her family, her cultural and her life. So, it is no wonder that when she committed her life to Christ at age 30, that the biblical stories of Jesus touching lives physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually stirred a renewed passion in her to invite people in our day to share their stories.
- Marie’s career path also includes extensive experience in the office environment thanks to her current position as executive assistant in one of the fastest growing regional theatres in the US, and her former position as an office administrator for American Standard a Fortune 500 company.
Luke Grout – Operations Manager
Luke Grout grew up on the mission field near St. Petersburg Russia. At the age of 18, he was accepted into Hobe Sound Bible College in FL where he received an AA in Missions. Soon after graduating he married Rhoda Stence and has three children. Luke and his wife lead a children’s ministry in their local church and he also is a leader on the church’s media team. He worked as an automotive technician for ten years and is currently a pilot for a major airline. Luke has worked with sound, recording, and lighting for over 20 years.
Johnathan Dentler – Creative Sound
Inspired by radio shows he listened as a child, Jonathan Dentler has developed and performed unique vocal characterizations in everything from television commercials and radio programs to corporate videos and audio-books. When not behind the microphone, he’s an award-winning producer and post-production engineer for 103.3 WCRF-FM and Creative Audio Enterprises.
- Additionally, Mr. Dentler also participates in broadcasting, theatre, puppetry, art, music, and scriptwriting. At his leisure, he voraciously consumes large quantities of books to support his reading habit. As production engineer for Creative Audio Enterprise, he provides a great array of services from commercials and promos for radio. internet, and related media to documentaries and audio-books and character voices cartoons, films. video games, dubbings, IVR, voicemail, phone systems, business podcasts, corporate or industrial presentations and websites.
Steve Carroll – Sound Engineer
Since he began serving the Lord in 1984 God has provided him with many opportunities to minister. In the early years, he was involved in ministry to the young children in his home church bus ministry. With his interest in electronics and acquired experience in the installation of PA systems, he became the leader of the media team in 1992 at his current home church.
- Over the years God has provided him the opportunity to train many ministerial majors and music majors from the local bible college as they served on the media team at the church. Steve has 15 years of experience owning and operating his own company and in the past 10 years as he has been the lead engineer of the design group for a worldwide equipment manufacturing company. He feels that God is expanding his opportunities to minister through Life Hope & Sound.
Brandon Esparza – Production Manager
Brandon has always had a great love for technology. To combine a love for technology and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives is a unique and wonderful privilege. He gave his life to Jesus Christ when he was a child, but didn’t fully understand his faith until he was in his early 20s. Brandon attended Hobe Sound Bible College in Hobe Sound, FL for 3 years.
- He later attended the University of Phoenix where he received his degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Brandon has a wide range of skills but excels in producing/editing audio and video, Internet marketing and web management. His future dreams are to own his own video production company and travel the world all while being the hands and feet of Jesus.
